Within the scope of the University Executive Board Decision dated 03.12.2025 and numbered 2025/14-04, the quality process of the Reviewer Payment Form, prepared regarding the payment of a fee (750 TL) to reviewers who complete their evaluations within 15 days, has been completed.

In addition to the "Reviewer Payment Form," the Turkish/English version of the "PDPL (KVKK) – Clarification Text for Reviwers" will also be signed by reviewers.

The Reviewer Payment Form and the Clarification Text for Reviwers have been uploaded to the journals’ websites.

A fee (750 TL) will be paid to reviewers who complete their evaluation within 15 days, and payment will only be made to reviewers who have a bank account in the Republic of Türkiye.

The payment of a fee to expert reviewers aims to ensure that peer review evaluations are completed in a timely and objective manner, that reports are prepared more carefully, and that the quality of the publication process is improved.

Reviewers will be paid regardless of whether they recommend acceptance or rejection as a result of their evaluation. The reviewer fee is a one-time payment; no additional payment will be made for revisions.

Payment to reviewers does not imply that the manuscript will be accepted.
